The first quote by the Yank--"but I feel like this, and they won't play what I feel on the radio, because people that are sad don't fit in"--was something that struck me as very insightful. I was just considering that very truth. The catalyst was Ben's recent comment: "I think happiness should now be on every job spec. Unhappy people do not make good employees" [ http://snipurl.com/qx02 ].

Food for thought.

I actually read Ben's post as well. I thought about it for a while. I can understand what he means. I guess for me, honesty is job 1.

Happiness that isn't real isn't happiness at all.
